SUAPP AI

SUAPP AI is a subscription suite of six cloud AI tools for architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, and urban design. It covers rendering, concept images, image-to-video, image-to-3D, a design chat agent, and a multimodal canvas, and plugins carry the same tools into SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, 3ds Max, Blender, Photoshop, AutoCAD, and Archicad. The site is English-first with 13 interface languages.

Everything below was read on 2026-10-25. Product statistics are the vendor's own claims and come with no methodology.

The credit column comes from the pricing page's per-task table. AIT and AIF have no per-task row there, so their billing is not documented on that page.

AIR specifics

Models and routing. AIR names three models: Lingxi, which the site calls its in-house flagship for architectural design language; Nano Banana Pro; and GPT Image 2. It says routing picks a model per task automatically. The credit table also prices Seedream generations, and Max advertises unlimited Nano Banana Pro, Nano Banana 2, Nano Banana 2.1, GPT Image 2, and GPT Image 2.5.
Inputs. Five modes: doodle, sketch, linework, massing model, and detailed model.
Two workspaces. Basic Mode is one-off generation; Canvas Mode adds project canvases and asset management.
Delivery tools. Image to CAD (layered editable drawings), Plan to 3D, Roam (navigable scene from one image), Viewpoint Shift, Image Layer (separate text and objects for PSD or PowerPoint), and 360° panorama.
Resolution. The homepage badge says 8K. The help center is narrower: export uses 2x AI upscaling for 4x pixels, and "most exports reach 4K–8K, or even higher depending on the aspect ratio". Treat 8K as a ceiling, not a default.
Speed. The help center says most outputs take under 20 seconds, the fastest about 5 seconds, and complex edits or animation 1–2 minutes. The homepage rounds this to 19 s typical.

The site's counters read 3M+ users, 139+ countries and regions, and 4,643+ design practices. None of those numbers is defined or independently reported.

The AIR desktop app ships for Windows, Windows on ARM, macOS Apple silicon, and macOS Intel. AIT and AIF are web-first; AIF is described as part of the Pro tier rather than as a plugin.

Pricing and credits

Prices read on 2026-10-25 in USD. The page also switches to RMB. All plans are one seat, and the help center says an account can be open on several devices but only one at a time.

The two annual prices are displayed as a discount with a countdown, so they are promotional rather than list prices. The Pro and Max cards describe AIM, AIC, and AIA as web versions; the plan does not promise their plugins.

Credits are deducted only when a task succeeds, reset at the start of each monthly cycle, and do not roll over. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or PayPal.

A first subscription can be refunded within 7 calendar days if the account has completed no more than 10 successful generations. Failed attempts do not count, and an approved refund returns to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days.

Company and brand

Operator. Metapoleis Limited, Unit 1021, Beverly Comm Centre, 87–105 Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. Contact: contact@suapp.ai. The terms and refund policy were last updated 2026-09-21 and are governed by Hong Kong law.
Output rights. The terms say the user keeps rights in submitted input, may use generated output for personal or commercial purposes, and that SUAPP does not use prompts, uploads, or output to train or fine-tune models. The usual caveat applies: the user is responsible for checking output before use.
Trial. There is no free plan on the pricing page. The AIR help center says the trial process is paused because of volume; applicants are directed to the WhatsApp or Telegram community, where support arranges access. An October 2025 campaign offered 30 days of Pro plus 5,000 credits to users who posted a video with the campaign hashtag and reached 100 likes.
Brand family. suapp.com is a SketchUp plugin library that says it has operated since 2008 under Chengdu Yunzhu Jingcheng Technology Co., Ltd.; ai.suapp.com is its Chinese AI site, and suappelf.com hosts the eight "Elf" utility plugins linked in the SUAPP AI navigation. suapp.ai names only Metapoleis Limited and does not state how the companies relate.

The site does not state a founding date or publish a changelog, so this timeline is what the blog shows, not a release history.

Check before repeating

"8K output" is an upscale ceiling. The help center says most exports land in 4K–8K depending on aspect ratio.
"Unlimited" belongs to Max and is subject to fair use. The AIA page also says "unlimited generations for members", while the pricing table charges 100 credits per video; read that as no per-second billing, not free output.
"12+ editing tools" versus "50+ editing tools". The pricing comparison says 12+, the AIR page says more than 50. Both are on the same site.
Plan gating. Basic is web-only. Plugins start at Standard, and only AIR plugins. Pro adds the other tools as web versions.
Trial access is not self-serve right now, despite the 2025 trial campaign still being online.
Brand and entity. The English terms name Metapoleis Limited; the Chinese-facing sites name a Chengdu company. Check the entity on the invoice before a business purchase.
Vendor statistics such as 3M+ users and 4,643+ practices are marketing counters with no sample or method.
